Aug 2019 - Notice of Summer BBQ

Weather forecast for Saturday is looking good!

We will be setting up from about 12.00 noon ready for an official start time at 2.00 pm.

The front door will be locked so you will need to make your way round to the back of the building.

The easiest way is to take the path on your left when facing the front of the building and follow the perimeter round past the petanque courts to the rear of the coffee lounge.

(if you go the other way past the back of the kitchen, you will need to climb over the retaining wall to get to the BBQ area!)

If there aren't any parking places at Greystone's, the nearest car parks are next to the Cliffhanger or at the back of the Co-op in Wortley Road.

There may also be some free places in Montague Road down past the restricted area.

There will be a raffle in support of Shed funds so bring your pocket money - target is to get our woodworking lathe(s) into full operation.

We have some good prizes but if you can donate something for the raffle, please bring it along on the day.

Hot drinks will be available in the coffee lounge but remember to bring your own beers / whatever.

The workshop will be open if anyone wants to take a look and we will allow ladies in on the day......complaints about this should be addressed to anyone but me!

We have sold 40+ tickets. If anyone else would like to come, please let me know ASAP so that we can ensure everyone is catered for!
