Shed opening days over the Christmas period
The shed will be open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings as usual in the run up to Christmas (20th, 21st, 22nd) then closed for Christmas week, re-opening on Tuesday January 3rd 2023
Skittles
Our afternoon skittles event went well and the East Christchurch Sports & Social Club proved to be an excellent choice of venue.
Highest individual score this year went to Len Stone!

Many thanks to Jerry Russell and his team for organising the event - same again next year Jerry?

Santa visits Highcliffe
Luckily for Santa, Men's Shed had designed and constructed a brand new sleigh for the occasion and a whole forest of pallet christmas trees grew almost overnight.
Rob Heels and John MacBean headed up the build teams

2023
With the Christmas projects completed, we can now focus on a final push to get the workshop completed.
There are several pieces of machinery (band saw, metal working lathe and milling machine, belt and disk sander) waiting to be moved into the workshop from storage, some of which will need tables building and then there will be no excuses left for not getting those projects underway that you had long promised yourself to do!
More on this in a future Shed News!
