Band Saw Broke
Our last usable band saw stopped working.
It expired without a bang or a whimper and didn't even take out the electrical trip. We changed the fuse (twice) but can't spot anything obvious.
There is no hum from the motor which suggests a lack of sparks getting through.
Can anyone bring in a multimeter and try to establish what the problem is? - after the pillar drill, this was one of our most used tools!
Forthcoming events
The September Mudeford Club lunch, the first since the lockdown, saw 14 members attend.
The kitchen is under new management with table ordering service which was a lot more civilised and they had set out one long table for us - otherwise not much had changed.
Our next lunchtime get together is booked for Friday 26th November at the usual time of 12.00 noon
Keith has come up with another mystery object to challenge the hive mind (he never disappoints).
I have had a couple of guesses but apparently I am nowhere near.....
Looking forward to seeing everyone again!
